		<description>Most people underestimate the long tail and the impact of working on improvements at this level. The good news is that solving problems at this level is cheaper and easier. The bad news is that you need 100x more problem solvers. You need to give people the skills to spot and solve problems. You need to create the systems and processes that they can use to solve problems. You need the infrastructure to support the work. And most importantly, you need the mindset or principles to enable solving problems at their root every day.
